Earning Criteria

Must be a Fast Track to ICF Credential graduate, ACC, PCC or MCC ICF Certified Coach. Or a graduate of an ICF-approved Level 1 (ACSTH or ACTP) program of 60 hours or greater.

Demonstrate at least 12 hours of in-class learning and practice on the topic of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Reflective learning through group and 1:1 breakout discussion as well as in the form of weekly fieldwork which includes the practice of learned skills and techniques; journaling; and, preparation and presentation of approaches on scripted coaching scenarios.

Successfully pass two quizzes, which measure the candidate's knowledge of the course curriculum and application of learnings achieved in class.

Concise definitions, exercises, and discussions on diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, bias, and microaggressions are explored and directly applied to coaching scenarios.
